Dybala Faces Big Decision as Arab Club Offers Up to €30M Per Season

0

Paulo Dybala is currently facing a significant decision regarding his future at AS Roma, as interest continues to grow from Al-Qadsiah, a club in Saudi Arabia. The Arab representatives have intensified their efforts to lure the talented Argentine forward, following an initial offer of €20 million per season made on August 1, which Dybala declined just a week later. Reports suggest that the new proposal could be between €25 and €30 million per season for three years.

Despite the lucrative nature of the offer, Dybala remains undecided and is taking time to consider his options. The prospect of a dramatic lifestyle change, given the substantial financial package on the table, is certainly tempting.

Dybala’s agent, Carlos Novel, arrived in Rome yesterday and subsequently had dinner with the player to discuss the current situation. Dybala’s exclusion from the starting lineup in a recent friendly match against Everton, along with comments from club legend Daniele De Rossi—stating, “Dybala? I don’t tie anyone down; those who want to leave are free to do so”—has added fuel to the speculation about his future.

As Novel left for Spain after their dinner, Roma’s management was also in discussions with another agent, Fali Ramadani, who was with representatives interested in signing Abdulhamid, a player who has caught Roma’s attention.

The urgency from Al-Qadsiah has escalated, trying to persuade Dybala to accept their enticing offer while he trained under De Rossi’s supervision. The club is eager to resolve the situation quickly to avoid potential complications that could arise from Dybala’s indecision.

All signs indicate that a separation between Dybala and Roma is increasingly likely. Currently, Dybala earns about €9 million per season, including bonuses, with the possibility of a contract extension for the following year. Such a considerable sum could potentially be redirected by Roma to strengthen their squad if Dybala decides to leave.
