Inter Salvages Draw Against Pisa in Last Second of the Match 1-1

Inter managed to avoid a defeat in the dying seconds of their match against Pisa, which ended in a 1-1 draw at the Arena Garibaldi. Goals came from Piccinini for Pisa and Bisseck for Inter. This match marked another chapter in the sibling rivalry between coaches Filippo and Simone Inzaghi, with Filippo still searching for his first win against his brother in their six encounters.

The Tuscan side posed a constant threat throughout the match and delivered a commendable performance. Inter also created numerous opportunities, with Frattesi hitting the post in the second half. Pisa responded shortly after with a shot from Tourè that struck the woodwork, as he capitalized on a misjudgment from Inter’s goalkeeper Martinez but couldn’t find a way to score the rebound.

However, the match wasn’t completely without concern for Pisa, as they suffered an injury to Esteves in the first half, who had to be taken off on a stretcher.

Looking ahead, Inter will take on Al Ittihad in Monza on August 7, followed by a clash against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on August 12. This will be their final preparation before the start of the league, where they face Genoa at the Ferraris Stadium. A comprehensive report of the match will be available soon.
