Fabio Miretti Injured: Juventus Midfielder Faces Month-Long Recovery Setback

Fabio Miretti has been forced to pause his pre-season training after sustaining an injury. The Juventus midfielder suffered a blunt trauma to his right foot during this morning’s training session. Medical examinations at J|Medical have revealed a complete fracture of the third cuneiform bone in his foot. Miretti will be reassessed in two weeks; however, he will be out of action for about a month. This means he will miss the upcoming summer friendlies as well as the first few matches of the league season.

Miretti, a promising young talent for Juventus, is considered an integral part of the team’s plans by new head coach Thiago Motta. Despite several loan requests from clubs such as Genoa, Empoli, and Como, Miretti, who has been with Juventus since he was nine years old, is eager to avoid another season with limited playing time. He appreciates the trust that Motta has shown in him, recognizing that he possesses the qualities necessary to embrace the coach’s playing style.

Unfortunately, this injury complicates the team’s plans for the start of the season.
