Alvaro Morata has made a triumphant arrival in Milan, landing on a private flight from Madrid at 18:45. As he stepped off the plane at Linate Airport, he was greeted by an excited crowd of around thirty fans, who welcomed him like royalty. Among the fans were many children, and Morata took the time to interact with them, sharing in their excitement. “Thank you for coming,” the new AC Milan striker said with a big smile. “I am very happy and can’t wait to get started.”
As he made his way from the airport, Morata emerged from a company BMW and proudly displayed a scarf reading “Forza Milan,” earning cheers from the gathered supporters. The chant “One of us, Morata one of us” filled the air, highlighting the player’s new status among the fans.
Morata traveled with his father, his agent, and a couple of friends. Their evening plans included dinner together at their hotel in Milan, after which Alvaro would head to Milanello, where he will spend his first night as an AC Milan player. Tomorrow, he will undergo additional tests, having already completed his medical examinations in Madrid.
Following the tests, Morata’s official presentation to the media is scheduled to take place at Casa Milan at noon. Fans can also look forward to a chance to meet him during a likely crowd event at the new flagship AC Milan store on Via Dante around 5:30 PM. On Saturday, he is set to participate in his first training session with his new teammates, who are returning to preparations after their recent tour and a few days off granted by coach Paulo Fonseca.
