Bayern Star Thomas Müller Speaks Out After Bundesliga Loss.

Bayern Munich suffered a disappointing end to their Bundesliga season, losing 4-2 to Hoffenheim in Coach Thomas Tuchel’s final match. The Bayern team started strong with two early goals from Mathys Tel and Alphonso Davies, but Hoffenheim fought back with goals from Maximilian Beier and a hat-trick from Kramaric in the second half, denying Bayern the runner-up spot in the league and a chance at the Supercup Final.

While Bayern slipped to third place, VfB Stuttgart secured the runner-up position with a 4-0 victory against Gladbach, thanks to Guirassy’s brace. On the other hand, Freiburg’s 2-1 loss to Union Berlin and Heidenheim’s 4-1 win over Köln mean Heidenheim now have a shot at European qualification if Leverkusen wins the Pokalfinale against Kaiserslautern. Frankfurt also claimed a Europa League spot with a 2-2 draw against Leipzig.

In his last Bundesliga game for Borussia Dortmund, Marco Reus played a key role in a 4-0 victory over Maatsen’s goal and a stunning free-kick goal. Brandt and Malen added to the score line, securing a strong finish to Dortmund’s season and adding to Reus’s impressive tally with his 120th Bundesliga goal for the team.
